Log in to your secure portal to follow step-by-step instructions, upload photos of your samples, and describe any visible mold or damage.

Use a clean cotton swab and gently rub it on the surface you want to test.

Place each swab in a zip bag and clearly mark the location. Remember: 1 sample = 1 bag.

Put all your samples in an envelope, attach the prepaid FedEx label, and drop it off at any FedEx location.

Within 48 business hours after the lab receives your samples, you’ll receive a full mold inspection report and lab analysis directly by email.
